Our Team

Tim started working in the internet space in 1996 when he co-founded one of the first “dot-coms” in the lawn and garden industry.  He went on to build one of the most successful e-commerce-only ventures in the space, having one of the highest-trafficked web sites in the industry, getting featured in Time Magazine, and building real revenues.  The web site was sold in 2001.

After taking some time off from the internet industry, he returned in late 2007 to found The Third River, Inc.  He has since provided leadership in the web design and marketing industry in Salem, Oregon and beyond by providing educational workshops, webinars, teleseminars, and web design services for small to medium sized businesses.

Tim is an active leader in the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and numerous other organizations.  In his spare time he coaches high school boys soccer, youth basketball, and enjoys spending time with his family.

Pam is organized, creative, and provides sales and marketing, as well as technical assistance for the company.  She is a wonderful, caring leader who actively participates in Chamber Business Women, helping local businesswoman in their daily journey balancing business and family demands.

In her spare time she manages the Fahndrich household, coaches middle school volleyball, is the worship leader at her church, and serves in many ways to others needs.

David’s previous career was as a successful mortgage banker. His most recent position was as the Mid-Willamette area manager for  Countrywide Home Loans, managing teams in Salem, Corvallis and Lincoln City. His branches were regularly recognized nationally for their operational performance.

He brings to third river a passion to build a world-class company with a laser sharp focus on the needs of small to medium sized companies. He understands that most small businesses do not have the resources of a Coca-Cola or Starbucks and while “branding” is great, he understands that clients need their internet marketing partners to understand that lead acquisition and revenue creation is more important than “getting your name out there” or “being known”.

Originally from Washington DC, David relocated to the Pacific NW in 1995. He has been married to his wife Sara since 1996 and they have 3 awesome kids: Peyton, Max and Ava. He is a fanatical Washington Redskin fan and is confident that Mike Shanahan will lead his beloved Redskins back to the glory they experienced under the incomparable Joe Gibbs.

Dave is our go-to guy when it comes to custom online database applications. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with SQL server, ASP.net, and other programming technologies.

In his spare time he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors hiking, fishing, etc.
