	Tim Fahndrich Tim started working in the internet space in 1996 when he co-founded one of the first “dot-coms” in the lawn and garden industry. He went on to build one of the most successful ‘e-commerce-only’ ventures in the space, having one of the highest-trafficked web sites in the industry, getting featured in Time Magazine, and building revenues. The web site was sold in 2001. After taking some time off from the internet industry, he returned in late 2007 to found thirdRiver. He has since provided leadership in the web design and marketing industry in Salem, Oregon and beyond by providing educational workshops, webinars, teleseminars, and web design services for small to medium sized businesses.Tim is an active leader in the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and numerous other organizations. In his spare time he coaches high school boys soccer, youth basketball, and enjoys spending time with his family.
	Pam Fahndrich Content Director / Trainer Pam works with our clients to develop the content of their web site and she is also one of our WordPress trainers. She actively participates in Chamber Business Women and enjoys helping local businesswoman in their daily journey balancing business and family demands.In her spare time she manages the Fahndrich household, coaches middle school volleyball, is the worship leader at her church, and serves in many ways to others needs.
	Scott Gaulin Social Media Manager Scott comes to us with over 15 years experience in visual communications and mass media. A veteran of the daily newspaper grind, Scott is an award winning photojournalist. In 2010, he was one of 5 journalists in the nation awarded the coveted Kiplinger Fellowship in Public Affairs Journalism from the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. At OSU, he studied the use of social and video media in crisis communications and advertising in the corporate and political sectors. Scott is currently involved in a self-funded long-term research project to see if, contrary to popular belief, the human body can sustain itself on an exclusive diet of bacon, Diet Coke and Planter’s Heat Peanuts.
