With so much negative news these days I found this video to be inspiring and challenging at the same time. The question is asked, “Do you believe in me?”. Watch as this young speaker delivers a fantastic keynote address by asking that question.
As a parent and coach it is my responsibility to believe in my kids and my players. This video is a great reminder of what a little bit of belief can do, and how important it is to pass on. Imagine if more young people and adults had the confidence of this young man. What a difference that would make.

I never tire of watching this video. A friend of mine passed it on to me and I immediately posted it on my website. This inspirational story and message has already been watched over 3000 times on my site alone.
This video is about a father and a son. The son asked the father if he would run a marathon with him … and so he did. Later the son asked if he would run an Ironman competition with him … and so he did. Watch the video to see this incredible story. It is sure to inspire and encourage. Next time you think you can’t do something in your business, or things aren’t going well, or circumstances aren’t what you’d like them to be … I hope you remember this video.
